PHYSICIAN ASSOCIATE, FOUNDER
Tina Jacobs
Born and raised in Milwaukee, Wisconsin where she attended Alverno College. She received her bachelor’s degree in Biology and Chemistry. During school, she worked as a Certified Nurse Assistant where she developed her passion for patient care. After college, she moved to beautiful Denver, Colorado to work in Vascular Biology Research at the University of Colorado Denver Anschutz Medical Campus.
Interested in advancing her medical career and having the opportunity to help more patients, Tina attended Barry University’s Physician Assistant Program in Miami Shores, Florida. She graduated in 2016 and spent some time in the Miami and Fort Lauderdale area getting experience and learning the latest in Anti-Aging Medicine. She is trained and experienced in prescribing Bio-Identical Hormone Therapy, Medical Weight Loss, Vitamin Injection and IV Nutrient Therapy, Neurotoxin (Botox) and Filler injections for men and women, and Laser Therapy. She loves using her skills to help her patients feel young and vibrant inside and out. Outside of work, she loves hiking, skiing, and yoga.
FOUNDER
Nicolas Jacobs
Nic was born and raised in Colorado and graduated from Colorado University-Boulder. He has owned many successful businesses, including a nutritional company and a cryotherapy business. As a professional skier, he saw the rewards of being an athlete, but also how it can wear on your body over time. This led him to a passion for all things alternative medicine that could keep him doing what he loves and feeling his best. He has seen amazing results with Bio-identical Hormone Replacement Therapy (BHRT), vitamin therapy, and cryotherapy. He is excited to share these services with our clients and keep other athletes performing and feeling their best.
OFFICE MANAGER, PHLEBOTOMIST
Braelynne (Brae) Bailon
Braelynne is a certified phlebotomist who completed her education at Arapahoe Community College. Her fulfillment in working at Silk Life stems from her genuine connection with the patients. Engaging with them, offering assistance in their treatments, and sharing in their successes as they achieve their goals brings her immense satisfaction. Outside of work, Braelynne cherishes moments with friends and family, maximizing the time spent together. Her passion for travel allows her to explore diverse places and sites. Always eager to expand her knowledge, she readily seizes opportunities to learn new things.
SUPERVISING PHYSICIAN
Dr. Erik Natkin, DO
Dr. Natkin, although not a true Colorado native, has lived off and on in the Denver area since 1987. He was born in California and moved to Germany with his family at the age of 11 when his father, a Psychiatrist, re-enlisted with our Armed Forces. After completing 6 grade through the first year of college in Germany he moved to Boulder, Colorado to pursue college at the University of Colorado.
After an eclectic career including environmental chemistry, owner/operator of a small construction-contractor company, and computer information technology he eventually returned to his earlier pursuit of medicine and moved to Los Angeles, California for medical school. He then spent a year in Denver, Colorado completing a year of general surgery and then to Oregon for orthopedic surgery residency training. Upon leaving Oregon he focused his medical career on the treatment of patient pain management needs which led him into the world of Health and Wellness and Regenerative Medicine. His diverse background in life and medical education have suited his patients with a pleasurable and satisfying medical experience.
When not at work and attending to his patients' needs, Dr. Natkin is an avid cyclist and enjoys cycling, snowboarding, scuba diving, music, movies, theater and art, travel, and a good book.

Kristine (Tine) Ozoa
Hailing from the Philippines, she graduated from Ateneo de Davao University before embarking on her career. As part of the Silk Life team, she has developed valuable insights into healthy living while also discovering a creative spark for business growth. Her diverse responsibilities range from coordinating procedures to digital marketing and answering patient questions. She finds fulfillment in Silk Life's vision of helping people reach their optimal health. Though remote work prevents in-person interactions, she strives to nurture meaningful patient relationships virtually. Outside office hours, you can find her enjoying beach days and nature with loved ones. Her experiences spanning university, health services, and the Philippines imbue her work with empathy and dedication.
MEDICAL ASSISTANT
Rachel (Rae) Roth
Driven by a passion for helping others, Rae found fulfillment as a Medical Assistant upon graduating from Vatterott College. She values each patient as an individual, aiming to forge understanding through sincere engagement. Having contended with her health issues and sometimes feeling unheard, she strives so that no patient should endure the same. Instead, she hopes to empower patients to become vocal self-advocates. Her advocacy aligns seamlessly with Silk Life’s patient-centered approach. Beyond the clinic walls, Rae continues nurturing mind and body through yoga, reading, travel adventures near and far, and quality time with cherished friends and her canine companion. With care and wisdom amassed through personal wellness journeys, she lends an open ear so that all patients feel heard.
